| Solution: | Using ActiveX components of Visual Basic, we designed a new system that has a SQL Server back-end and was deployed using the same code on both their internal network and their Web site. System can accommodate unlimited pricing levels and algorithms and maintains perpetual inventory with custom views for each department. |

| Problem: | When producing outbound EDI documents like an Invoice or an Advanced Shipping Notification, there was no electronic access to the original EDI purchase order data which necessitated manual re-keying. | |
| Solution: | All purchase order data automatically captured and stored into a SQL Server database that allows access for building all outbound documents. Also included the ability to reconcile that all purchase orders were invoiced and to have complete order history available online for analysis. |
